Mini shearing shed accommodation buildings for less than $30k
These stunning architectural ``sheds`` have been built at a winery near Torquay. Based on really simple floor plans and plenty of light, the buildings have fully sliding walls, which allow whole sections to be slid away. In summer with the doors open and the walls fully pulled back the feeling is quite amazing. This open plan floor design is a great entertainer and can sleep 2 to 4 people. Even the bathroom is something unique. Seen here still under construction, the bathroom floor is drained under the decking, and looks like a simple deck between sliding doors. No shower screen, no visible shower base and the roller door opens to the bush and the vistas beyond.

The buildings are fully solar booster heated and 12v powered with no connection to the grid.

Designed by architect Simone Koch from Kirsten Thompson`s office, the style and finish is deliberately industrial and shed-like. No frills, just a clean industrial edge.
All this for less than $30k. Amazing and wonderful.
