	90% of our clients are owner builders. Our product range supports on-site efficiencies and your ability to perform most tasks yourself with limited assistance or specialised skills. Starting Feb 2010, a short course is run by Holmesglen TAFE, Short Courses, Chadstone Campus, giving a hands-on overview on the assembly, fit-off and fixing for steel house frames and floor systems. We are continually researching new materials which simplify and optimise the process of erecting dwellings independently and making efficient use of materials.
